America is at its best when it makes it a point to be representative and leverage the skills of our diverse nation. Truman in the years ahead will be working to pull in new voices from diverse backgrounds to discuss the future of the federal workforce, as well as building out an initiative on building subnational diplomacy, and the utility that cities and states bring to the national security conversation.
