Noah Kroloff is a Partner and Co-Founder of Global Security and Intelligence Strategies (GSIS), a consulting and advisory firm.
Kroloff served as Chief of Staff of the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from 2009-2013, and worked on the Obama-Biden transition team advising the DHS nominee. In state government, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff, Chief Policy Assistant, and speechwriter to Governor Janet Napolitano and managed her successful reelection in 2006. Kroloff also worked as an Aide to New York State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and taught junior-high school in the South Bronx through Teach for America Corps. He is a Senior Fellow and Lecturer at Yale’s Jackson Institute for Global Affairs, holds a BA from St. John’s College and a JD from Arizona State University College of Law. Kroloff resides in Washington, DC with his wife and two children.
