Lily Wojtowicz is a PhD student at American University in the School for International Service's department of International Relations. Her concentration is security, with research interests in nuclear deterrence, alliance management, Russian public opinion, and US-Russian relations. She received a B.A. in International Relations from Beloit College in 2010 and an M.A. in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in 2015.
Lily has previously worked for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Brookhaven National Laboratory, the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, and the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation.
