Amy Serafino is the Director of Development and member of the executive leadership team for the Truman Center for National Policy and the Truman National Security Project. She is a nonprofit development leader with more than 20 years of experience with the Center for American Progress (CAP), PFLAG National, the American Heart Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and other national and community-based organizations.
Amy has extensive experience in individual, foundation, and corporate fundraising, and a passion for democracy, human rights, prosperity and security for all. In her role with Truman, she will focus on developing relationships and resources to ensure the organization’s strategic vision.
A former member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Transgender Equality, Amy is a passionate ally of the LGBTQ community and advocate for equitable, inclusive policy.
